Individual Travelers |

10 % of total bill must be paid by bank transfer upon
reservation confirmation as a Reservation Guarantee +
the 5 % Bank commission, Nephthys Travel will not
charge this amount from you unless there is a
cancellation or the client does no show up. Except peak
period from 22/12 till 07/01 & Eastern holidays must be
revised with your tour operator upon confirmation of
your reservation by correspondence. The invoice payment
will be 100 % in Cash In USD$, GBP or Euro upon arrival
to Egypt & Nephthys Travel will give you back your
credit card payment form of guarantee & an official
document from Nephthys Travel to assure that Nephthys
Travel did not charge any amount from your
credit card once payment has been collected. |

25 % must be paid on confirmation by bank transfer.

copy of your credit card the front and back. A 3 % bank
commission will be added to the total bill for credit
card payments. Bank Money transfer: (bank transfer must
be done at least 4 weeks before arrival date). Money to
be sent to the following bank account with the bank
charges from your end paid in full.

Cancellation

Individual Travelers:
30 days before arrival date no cancellation fees. 21
days before arrival date 10% of total bill will be
charged as cancellation fees from your credit card.
Except peak period from 22/12 till 07/01 & Eastern
holidays must be revised with your tour operator upon
confirmation of your reservation by correspondence.
Groups:
30 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
29 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be
charged as cancellation fees.
21 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be
charged as cancellation fees.
100 % will be charged as a cancellation fees in case of
no show. |
